The Pug in the Family
Pugs are charming entertainers well- represented by their motto Multum in Parvo- a lot of dog in a little space. They can be mischievous, but their loving nature makes up for their occasionally ascendant personality.Because they’re affectionate and playful, the Pug dog breed is a great family dog. They’re generally tolerant with children, making them a great addition for families that know how to play hard then chill out. Ready for a new addition?
The Pug in Conformation
For many breeders, showing in conformation ensures that their dogs are adhering to the Breed Standard. For others showing dogs is a competitive sport. Others simply enjoy the buzz of showing and meeting other pug people. For many of our members it is all three. If you feel that you may be interested in conformation shows, talk with your breeder to ensure you have the best dog for this purpose. Click below for more information about conformation shows.
The Pug In Performance
You don’t have to have the perfect conformation Pug to compete in any of the new and exciting AKC performance events. Agility , FastCAT and trick dog titles are but a few of the opportunities to compete for ribbons while having fun with your Pug. For more information
